Refund policy
At Sacred Glo, many of our physical products are created especially for you through a print on-demand fulfillment process. Because these items are made to order, please review your order details, product descriptions, color selections, and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our print-on-demand products are made specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept general returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, change of preference, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong color.
If you receive and item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and make it right.

- Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item
Do Not Send Items Back Without Contacting Us
Please do not return or mail an item to Sacred Glo or to our fulfillment provider without contacting us first.
If a physical return is required to resolve your claim, Sacred Glo will provide you with the appropriate return instruction and return address.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted or Incorrect Items
If we determine that your item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, we will work with our fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Because print-on-demand products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.
If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately at officialsacredglo@gmail.com. We will attempt to assist you if production has not already begun.
Digital Products
Digital Products, downloadable files, journals, printables, and other digital content are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a Sacred Glo digital product, contact us at officialsacredglo@gmail.com so we can assist you.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, when applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error with your order or otherwise required by law
